How can Radiation Impact my Health?

Our environments today, which we now consider "normal," are much more toxic in than many of us realize. The space that we see as "invisible" is actually packed with frequencies: invisible radiation, EMF smog and radio frequencies. It as though the air itself is always buzzing. Especially in urban environments. Although these frequencies are invisible to the eye they can be known by their effects and how they feel. Some are more sensitive than others. The good news is, more people are waking up to what is going on AND there are simple pro-active preventative measures we can take. Until sweeping change to clean up our toxic atmosphere takes hold, we can use EMF protection devices, such as wearing pendants or having a shielding cell phone case. We can also engage in periodic detoxification cleanses to remove the radiation from our bodies to protect our health.


Radiation types: Understanding Radiation



Sunlight, the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum which is visible to humans is radiation. Far from being harmful to us, it is actually a form of cellular food. Sunlight stimulates and catalyzes all life on Earth and provides warmth, light, and inspiration. All life on earth has evolved basking in this radiance.


Contrary to propaganda sunlight exposure (in the proper amount) is beneficial to all organic life on earth. Without it, our Earth would be a cold dark ball. Certainly, over-exposure can lead to problems, but the natural light from our star is not the "danger" that certain powers that be would lead us to believe. Sunlight also contains IR (infrared) and UV (ultraviolet) light.


Much of the harmful Radiation lies outside Human sense perception

There is much radiation that occurs outside the range of human sensory perception that exist both above and below the frequencies of sunlight. High frequencies of electromagnetic radiation including x-rays, gamma rays are dangerous to organic life and are classed as "ionizing radiation". Ionizing radiation is dangerous because it can knock electrons out of atoms and is harmful to human cells and DNA. It is why we wear a lead vest when we get an x-ray at the dentist.


Radiation that is in a lower frequency band, including ultraviolet (UV), infrared (IR), microwave (MW), Radio Frequency (RF), and extremely low frequency (ELF) are types of non-ionizing radiation. We have been led to believe by extant authorities that these types of radiation are not harmful.


Below is a list of locations where you could and likely will be exposed to dangerous ionizing radiation:

  • medical or dental offices

  • Hospitals

  • Outpatient treatment centers

  • Airports / Space ports -Particularly high altitude

  • Nuclear power plants

  • Nuclear weapons facilites

  • Research labs: Universities, colleges etc.

  • Security operation

  • Manufacturing or construction locations

  • Fracking sites

  • and others


Non-ionizing radiation, (the type that comes from electronics and devices) is more ubiquitous and perhaps not as harmless as we've been led to believe.


The OSHA website makes the comment below:

"Non-ionizing radiation is found in a wide range of occupational settings and can pose a considerable health risk to potentially exposed workers if not properly controlled."


Below are some types of non-ionizing radiation: "Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radiation at 60 HZ is produced by power lines, electrical wiring, and electrical equipment. Common sources of intense exposure include ELF induction furnaces and high-voltage power lines."

Microwave radiation (MW) is absorbed near the skin, while Radiofrequency (RF) radiation may be absorbed throughout the body. At high enough intensities both will damage tissue through heating. Sources of RF and MW radiation include radio emitters and cell phones."

While OSHA does acknowledge that non-ionizing radiation COULD pose some health risks, there are certain factors that are ignored in our current government regulations.


It is assumed that this type of radiation does not create enough heat to damage your cells and therefore it is safe. However this approach ignores some details:

  • It ignores the non-thermal effects of EMF and the numerous scientific studies that conclusively demonstrate there are abundant non-thermal health threats posed from EMF exposure (see list of websites below)

  • Most government regulations are based on short-term studies conducted in the lab on only one type of electromagnetic radiation at a time and ignore the cumulative effects of exposure to multiple sources of electromagnetic radiation simultaneously AND over time, i.e.: the world in which we find ourselves today.

Also, current regulation is based on unrealistic assumptions about the use of EMF emitting devices, including a test conducted by the FCC to determine cell phone safety. This test was based on the "heat emitted from a cell phone held 5 mm from the head of a dummy for 6 minutes". Whereas we all know many people hold the phone up to their head and talk for a long time!

  • Another factor is that tests are normally based on the size and weight of an adult male, where as females and children, who are obviously much smaller would be impacted to a much greater extent.

What can I do to protect myself from toxic EMF exposure?

The dictum, "Educate Thyself" is perhaps more relevant today than ever before.

No one wants to age quickly: get grey hair, wrinkles.

Anyone want to shrink and lose your height?

No one generally prefers to lose the quality and luster of their finger and toenails. No one wants to lose their teeth, or have them go dark and loosen. No one wants to lose their vision...to get cataracts or degenerative eye disease.

No one wants to do degenerate and decline!


And why would anyone choose that if they were aware of an alternative? Who would not pursue regeneration, protection and renewal if they knew it was possible?

Today "anti-aging" is "in", it is hip. Supplements and rejuvenative diets are wonderful and necessary. However, what is often not normally considered is the part that radiation plays in speeding up the aging process.


Even if the body's cells are always renewing, radiation just doesn't disappear. Many people don't consider this. This is one reason that a two-fold approach of appropriate EMF protection strategies combined with periodic cleansing is a necessity to survive today's environment!

The more heavy metals we hold in our bodies, the more that works together to hold radiation because metal is conductive. Heavy metal toxicity is rapidly becoming more and more prevalent as a significant health risk and driving factor for chronic dis-ease.


In the process of cleansing to remove heavy metals, we can also remove the radiation we are holding. Otherwise, the radiation we hold can outlive our bodies. Even after we die, in the grave, the body can still be emitting the radiation we've accumulated.

The radiation keeps radiating even after our carry-on has been scanned, and it continues radiating while it is over our heads on the plane, and even in our hotel room. Medical Medium recommends discarding your carry-on bag after 3 trips! And your regular luggage after 6 trips, as it will be holding and emitting harmful radiation.


Further, most people are holding or looking at their cellphone during the entire flight and munching on the snack they packed in their irradiated carry on bag. Add this to the CT scan, X-ray or MRI we might have just gotten before the trip. This all adds up!


Conclusion

Our environments today, which we now consider "normal," are much more toxic in than we are led to believe. And who is leading our beliefs? Well, our institutions of authority: media, health professionals, mainstream science and governments. Are these authorities really painting the entire picture? If you are reading this you already suspect not.


If there are simple pro-active preventative measures we can take, like using EMF protection devices, wearing pendants or having a shielding cell phone case, in addition to doing periodic cleanses to remove the radiation, that can go a LONG way to protect our health!
